I read an amazing blog recently where weekly, she features “things on toast”. I decided to give it a go, and here was the results:

- rocket
- avocado
- watercress
- mini sundried tomatoes
OPTION 2

TIPS
- Toast “fancy” bread on the stove on a non stick pan or pancake maker
- all ingredients are from Woolies- try something new!
- Just about anything works
- try looking up a few recipes using the remainder of the ingredients for the rest of the week
