HEALTHY EATING

 

Ever eaten anything from Kauai, and thought “I could never recreate this at home”. Or made excuses not to eat healthily simply because you can’t think of ideas?

 

I read an amazing blog recently where weekly, she features “things on toast”. I decided to give it a go, and here was the results:

OPTION 1

  • olive ciabatta bread
  • mascapone cheese
  • gouda cheese
  • rocket
  • avocado
  • watercress
  • mini sundried tomatoes

OPTION 2

  • olive ciabatta bread
  • mascapone cheese
  • tuna and mayo
  • rocket
  • avocado
  • rocket
  • watercress
  • mini sundried tomato

TIPS

  • Toast “fancy” bread on the stove on a non stick pan or pancake maker
  • all ingredients are from Woolies- try something new!
  • Just about anything works
  • try looking up a few recipes using the remainder of the ingredients for the rest of the week
