I scheduled a bright, summery post for today, only to be welcomed with rain and clouds. Disappointed, but every rainy day can be fixed with a bit of dessert right?
I made these (150 of them!) for Eid, and I loved how they turned out.
I wanted to keep things classy, so I made up laminated miniature labels with ribbon to complete the little plastic cup. It’s the ideal size, I think, for dessert versus the gigantic ones. At least none get wasted?
White chocolate and lime cheesecake, recipe found in this post. I used a combination of Oreos and Nuttikrust for the base.
Banoffee pie. I used tennis biscuits for the base, and caramel treat for the layers
Panna Cotta, I used frozen berries to decorate
